Spring Has Sprung.....literally out of the ground!!

Imagine this....I finally have a blog set up. And spring has arrived, here is the evidence...tulips in full bloom.

I couldn't resist working outside most of the day, digging in the dirt, one of my favorite things to do! It was so beautiful today, sunny and very warm. Actually a

little too warm for April 2. But I would rather have that than cold anyday. Looking forward to getting mulch delivered later this week and distributing that around our various flower beds.

It's amazing when you plant these ugly looking tulip bulbs in the dirt and they sit there all winter and then comes along spring....up pops beautiful flowers. Now you know why I love flower gardening!!
